Commercial Flight and Aviation Leadership is a three-year Ontario College advanced diploma program for students interested in becoming a pilot or managers in the airline industry. In addition to flying, students will study a variety of aviation-oriented courses centred around flying operations, the aviation industry, human factors, leadership, ethics, and more. Students will train on flight simulators and log approximately 205 hours of flight training in the simulator and aircraft.

Aviation Technology - Aircraft Maintenance and Avionics is a three-year Ontario college advanced diploma program. Students will learn all aspects of aircraft maintenance including systems used in aviation. Students will also learn avionics training for service, repair, and maintenance. Graduates of this program can apply for maintenance or electrical category licensing which allows for a greater scope of career opportunities

Your private pilot flight training begins the first week of first semester right from our hangar at the Thunder Bay International Airport. You’ll also receive training on some of the most advanced simulators available, learning to react to many situations in different weather scenarios.
