The Master’s degree program in Tourism, Culture, and International Management (TourCIM) has been created to meet the demand for professionals with the ability to develop and execute responsible tourism. The two-year Master’s degree program provides you with the knowledge and tools necessary to work on the interface between the production and consumption of tourism experiences.

A vocational qualification in Restaurant and Catering Services is a secondary level vocational education, and we follow the official Finnish national curriculum. The qualification provides broad-based and diverse skills in cooking, serving, sales and customer service.

In their cooking studies, students use a lot of clean and high-quality ingredients from the nearby area, such as reindeer, fish, berries and mushrooms, for cooking. Students are also actively involved in sourcing local raw materials.
