Established in 2018, the Caucasus School of Economics has the mission to implement modern attitudes and values of economic science and to prepare highly qualified specialists. The School also brings up specialists in different sub-disciplines in economics, such as Micromacro-Economic theory, Experimental and Applied Economics, Economic policies (social, innovative, investment, industrial), Health Economics, Fiscal and Monetary Economics, Public Sector Economics, Demography and Urban Economics.

PhD program in Economics belongs to the third-level educational system and it aims to prepare researchers, who will possess deep theoretical and analytical skills to plan and carry out independent research in the field of Economics.

The BA program in Economics was established in 2011 and offers studies in English as well as in Georgian. It introduces students to macro- and microeconomic theory, monetary and fiscal policies, models of international economics. In addition, students will obtain a knowledge in the evaluation of world economy as well as become familiar with the key thinkers related to the field.

MA in Finance Program provides both public and private sectors with highly qualified specialists having deep and comprehensive knowledge of finance (banking, insurance, capital markets, etc.). The study process here is organized in a way that is best suited to students needs and market requirements.

ISET's MA program in Economics was launched in fall 2006 as a graduate program at Tbilisi State University. The program takes students through a challenging, two-year curriculum, comparable in content and quality to the first two years of study in reputable Ph.D. programs in North America and Western Europe. All courses are taught in English by highly-qualified international faculty.

Effective Finance involves the ability of business data collection, manipulation, analysis, interpretation, and making of the relevant conclusion. Our bachelor program will enable a graduate with professional skills to identify problems of business activity related to financial aspects and diagnose it in order to find the optimal ways for solution.
