Introduction
The Master Degree (MSc) in Food Safety and Food Risk Management is an inter-university degree course coordinated by the University of Parma in agreement with: Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Piacenza, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, the University of Ferrara.
One of three curricula included in the Master titled "Risk Management", will be performed at Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna in collaboration with the University of Ferrara, providing to the students knowledge and skills on management of biological risk at farm and human level by using food technologies, epidemiological and predictive analysis.
