The Master's in Languages and Business Relations offers a second cycle university degree to first-cycle degree holders who want to develop their competences in languages, management and marketing, and ICTs. Providing grounding in the knowledge and skills necessary to identify problems and define strategies for an adequate and sustainable response to them, this degree Program aims to meet a varied range of needs: it can furnish complementary training for new graduates, offer a path to professional development and to the renewal of the competences of medium/long term graduates, and/or afford the necessary scientific training to those pursuing investigation and development.

The undergraduate course in Portuguese Studies is an educational proposal open to the dynamics of the contemporary world. It is composed of five major scientific areas: Linguistic Studies, Foreign Languages, Literary Studies, Classical Studies and Cultural Studies. Some distinctive marks: openness to the Lusophone and universal literary space; the study of Europe's cultural identity; approach to new cultural horizons and technological applications; option for a consistent comparative perspective in the various areas.

The Master in Chinese Studies is offered by the University of Aveiro and the ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.

The bachelor programme in Portuguese Language and Portuguese Speaking Countries is designed for international students, whose native language is not Portuguese, with deep knowledge of the structures of Portuguese, in a way they fluently use this language orally and in its written form.

A-levels are internationally recognised qualifications. Universities in many countries will accept three A level A-C grades as meeting the admissions criteria across a wide range of courses.

Discover Portuguese cuisine and how it influenced gastronomy around the world. CIAL organizes weekly dinners featuring Fado, Brazilian, African, and Indo-Portuguese food and music. There is also a monthly lecture on Port Wines with tasting.

IPB is running a well established 1-year long Portuguese Language and Culture course (PLC) for international students. The course is designed for students enrolled in foreign Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to complement their education in the Portuguese language and also for other students and the general public interested in learning the Portuguese language.
