However, it faces a great challenge: producing more and better while increasing sustainability with a reasonable use of natural resources, reducing environmental degradation and adapting to climate change.

The Land and Water Resources (LWR) Diploma program prepares students to effectively conserve and repair disturbed land and riparian zones, as well as monitor water quality and quantity. The main focus of the program is a reclamation of sites disturbed by industrial development and activity, and the regulations of reclaiming such sites as per the BC Oil and Gas Commission and relevant government bodies.

The diploma of Social Responsibility and Sustainability is structured in 4 modules through which seeks to give a comprehensive vision that allows the participant to make the transition from the management of social responsibility towards sustainability, aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals - ODS.

Diploma in Agricultural Sustainability Our innovative program bridges agricultural and environmental sciences. As well, it merges the concerns of both the public and producers. Consumers want to know where and how their food is grown. Farmers and ranchers care about conservation and productivity.

The Diploma of Sustainable Operations is a nationally recognised qualification for students who will gain key skills in developing sustainability reports to identify outcomes for organisations. Additionally, the qualification also provides the skills and knowledge they need to manage an organisation’s carbon footprint and improve its sustainability performance.

Acquire the skills to design and draft eco-friendly buildings through hands-on training in AutoCAD, building codes, technical drawings, and sustainable architecture technologies, including an internship for practical experience. This program leads to an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS), recognized by the Minister of Education and Higher Education of Quebec.
