Franklin University Switzerland is happy to welcome selected high school students (aged 15-18) to join our summer program in "Sustainability, Eco-Resilience, and Climate Justice". This unique educational experience offers the chance to earn university credit while exploring critical global issues in an engaging and immersive environment.

Effectively evaluate and apply various skills and concepts in sustainability management to address the complexities of sustainable practices in organizations. The Masters (MAM) in Sustainability Management offers students the opportunity to gain profound and practical business knowledge as well as hands-on experience in sustainability.

Sustainability drives most of today’s economic policies, social changes, and challenges in the international agenda. Proven and innovative business skills, combined with an understanding of Sustainability imperatives, will empower you to become a concrete actor of change. Our Master’s curriculum with a concentration on Sustainable Business is geared toward building leaders and social entrepreneurs.

The Social Justice and Sustainability (S.J.S.) major builds on Franklin’s commitment to fostering a more just and sustainable world. A self-designed major, it aims to allow students to explore key topics, theories, skills and applications at the intersections of social justice and sustainability.

The core courses will help you to improve your leadership skills and to consolidate your knowledge of management. The five courses in different areas of sustainability management will give you awareness of the need for change! Weekly tasks and study material to read or videos to watch and Regular engagement in Online Discussion Forums with your fellow students and SUMAS Professors or Corporate Faculty.

Upon successful completion of the study program, students receive an international private Master in International Management (MIM) degree with a specialization in Sustainable Business, awarded by the school's main campus in Zurich, Switzerland, based on the recommendation of the faculty of the local campuses where credits were earned, and upon the recommendation of the school's Academic Council.

The main focus of research is on the innovative integration of business knowledge with sustainable development issues. Specifically, economic growth, environmental management, and social fairness are constituent parts of all DBA projects
